April 30:Two of our gazelles competed over the weekend in the George Washington Parkway Classic 5k. Jimmy Thayer clocked a time of 19:12 and was followed closely by co-founder Frank Mikolajczak, who finished in a time of 22:38. Jimmy's time moves him into 2nd place overall in the record books for the 5k distance.

April 18: We have two new members! Stephen Lackey, a soon to be Richmond, VA native has joined the team as a triathlon specialist. He is also well versed in media. Alex Feldman is our other new team member. He is part of the 2007 Virginia AAA state champion 4x800 relay team and now competes for VCU's teams as well.

We filmed a short video yesterday of some of the Velocity guys down at school in Mars Hill, NC. It is posted below and can also be viewed on our Facebook page, where you can also comment on the video. We are also going to be interviewed by Mars Hill College's online newspaper, The Hilltop. We will posted that article when it comes out!

April 16: All pages are basically complete with the exception of the products page. The products page will be added in the future after we get our first wave of gear in. The contact form is also live now.

April 14: Google Ads are working, additional information on the footer has been added, the newsletter form is fully functional, and the athletes page is now up.
